Deborah Johnson RN LNHA– Owner, Clinical and Administrative
Deborah has extensive experience in Reimbursement, Quality Assurance, Program and Policy development and the LTC survey process including recent regulatory changes. DJ has a proven ability to work through operational and transitional changes within organizations and has served as Vice President of Clinical Operations/Chief Clinical Officer in the LTC Industry. DJ is a graduate of the University of Michigan. DJ is a member of many groups and organizations within the industry within the industry.
Nicole Price VP of HR and System Support
Nicole has provided regional consulting for SNF. She is skilled in the implementation HR, business office, regulatory compliance and the implementation of QAPI. She has provided education and training for various programs and initiatives. She is a graduate of the Indiana Institute of Technology with a BS in Administration Management.
Candace Daleb, RN
Candace has provided regional consulting for SNF. She is skilled in the implementation of resident care systems, regulatory compliance and the implementation of QAPI. She has provided education and training for various programs and initiatives. She specializes in Mock Surveys and Follow-up as well as POC development. She is a certified Infection Preventionist.
Robin Robinson RN RAC-CT
Robin has worked in Regional a corporate RAI support position and is skilled in all forms of reimbursement as well as regional clinical nursing.
Danielle Mlezcko RN has facility and regional support experience in LTC.
Connie Flannigan RN has facility and regional support experience in LTC.
